MANUEL CÉLIO CONCEIÇÃO ATTENDS ERASMUS+ ICFAL PROJECT MEETING

On March 14, 2022, CIAC researcher Manuel Célio Conceição participated in the meeting of the Erasmus+ ICFAL Project, which was held at the Haute Ecole de Namur, in Liège (Luxembourg). The project aims to define a structuring reference framework for the development of study cycles and on-the-job training, in line with the economic and social development needs of Morocco.

Integrated in the panel “Echanges sur le mode de gouvernance et de gestion des CFA”, Manuel Célio Conceição presented “Structuration de la formation en alternance: un va-et-vient entre professeurs et tuteurs”, a communication co-authored with Luís Sérgio Vieira, Director of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences, University of Algarve.

The Erasmus+ ICFAL Project aims to support Higher Education entities in the institutionalization and operationalization of Alternating Training Centres (ACC), in the framework of an integrated model that allows the shared management of training, in a contractual regime between the University and the company. The aim is to consolidate the quality of training and strengthen the relationship between training centres and the professional environment, by developing public-private partnerships and sharing the best practices of European universities in the work-study/learning area.
