Call for papers for International publication

The magazine “Tropos: Comunicação, Sociedade e Cultura”, from the journalism degree of the Federal University of Acre (Ufac), organizes its first dossier entitled “New Perspectives on the Cinema of Mediterranean Europe”.
For the organization of this special edition, Jorge Carrega and Paola Palma were the invited researchers. Carrega is part of the Center for Research in Arts and Communication at the University of Algarve in Portugal and Paola is linked to the Theory and History of Arts and Literatures of Modernity research unit at Paris 3 University.

The articles for the dossier must be sent ultil the 15th May 2019. The special edition will be published in July 2019. Submissions of articles with free themes remain open. For the first half of 2019, papers must be submitted by April 30. The issue will be edited in July. In the second half, articles must be submitted by September 30. The issue will be edited in December.
