Conference

Mirian Tavares is invited to the Conference Cycle, sponsored by the Nucleus of the Faro Combatants League, to talhk about the presence of the avant-garde in the Algarve:”O Século XX passou por aqui – uma reflexão sobre a presença das vanguardas no Algarve”.

The meeting will take place on October 4th, Friday, at the Faro Municipal Library, between 18h00 and 18h30. This conference will be followed by the intervention of Gilberto Carapeto de Sousa “The impact of the Colonial War (1961-1974) in the municipality of Faro. Both conferences will be followed by a debate. To close this meeting the play “Laurinda did not go to war” will be presneted.
