CIAC PARTICIPATES IN THE ANNUAL CONGRESS OF THE PORTUGUESE ASSOCIATION OF FRENCH TEACHERS

Tomorrow,  22nd January, 2022, CIAC researcher Manuel Célio Conceição will be present at the opening conference of the XXIX Congress of the Portuguese Association of French Teachers (APPF), with the communication “Médiation, diversités et enseignement des langues”. The event takes place online, under the theme “Mediation in language teaching and education for citizenship”.

The XXIX APPF Congress intends to address mediation in the development of communicative, intercultural and strategic competences in the mother tongue and foreign language classroom; civic education in the mother tongue and in the foreign language, within the scope of interdisciplinary projects; and the sharing of innovative practices in the context of mediation and education for citizenship in the current educational system, at a national and international level.

This congress is organized in partnership with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities of the New University of Lisbon (NOVA FCSH), the Center for Linguistics at the New University of Lisbon (CLUNL), the Service for Educational and Linguistic Cooperation of the French Embassy in Portugal and the Embassy of Senegal in Portugal.
