Phd in Communication, Culture and Arts
Alexandre Alves Barata, known as Xana (artist), professor in the Visual Arts course at the University of Algarve and a collaborator of the CIAC, today defended doctoral exams in Communication, Culture and Arts with the thesis “LOVE, FREEDOM and WISDOM – Dialectics of a visual construction” The doctoral jury approved the work with Very Good with distinction and praise.
Tomorrow, 30th of March at 5:00 p.m., the artist’s LABIRINTO X002 exhibition opens at Associação 289, a work developed within the framework of this PhD project.
