Postdoctoral studies

CIAC hosts a postdoctoral project in the area of Visual Arts.

Grécia Falcão, Ph.D. in Communication and Culture Technologies from the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), is currently at CIAC to develop the first of a three-year project of postdoctoral studies. The research, intitled  Paisagem e sua construção prático sensível nas instituições de arte intends to analyze the museological/curatorial practices of photographic archives in institutions, Brazilian and Portuguese, that are dedicated to the exploration of works related to the theme of the landscape.

At the University of Algarve, her work will be accompanied by Professor Ana Soares (CIAC / UAlg).
