Blended Learning Webinar Week

CIAC and PhD in Media-Digital Art, were presented today in the Blended Learning Webinar Week, organized by the EADTU network, with the objective of exploring good practices and new developments in the field of blended learning.

José Bidarra, CIAC researcher and e sub-diretor of the Phd in Digital Media Arts presented this programme and explained how it explore expressiveness to its maximum extent through computer graphics, digital sound and music, computer vision, digital storytelling, virtual reality, amongst other technologies, in the context of Open and Distance Education. Through a blended learning approach students explore techniques of artistic expression in order to generate new media applications, products, narratives, games and aesthetic experiences in such areas as the cultural industries, education and entertainment.
