CIAC holds the “Good International Practices of Culture Networks” debate-lecture
On May 16, at 3:00 p.m., a lecture/debate will be held in room 2.35 of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences on the subject: “Good International Practices of Culture Networks”. Representatives from the faculty’s various courses will attend, in addition to researchers associated with CIAC and professionals working in the field of culture in the region, with the aim of promoting a fruitful discussion on a pressing issue in the current framework of production, distribution and dissemination of arts in the contemporary world, continuing the projects CIAC has been developing in the field of media literacy promotion and the creation of digital dissemination and promotion platforms of tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the region and the country, within the world context.
This event takes place within the scope of the partnership between FCHS-UAlg and CIAC, through the master’s and PhD courses in Communication, Culture and Arts and the degree courses in Cultural Heritage and Archaeology and Visual Arts, and 2CN-CLab, in conjunction with the “Europe Engage – Developing a Culture of Civic Engagement through Service-Learning within Higher Education in Europe” project, which aims to promote a multidisciplinary reflection on theories and practices geared towards research and civic engagement in and with the community in the field of culture and the arts.
