CIAC AT THE 31ST ASELE INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS
From September 1st to 3rd, CIAC researcher Olivia Novoa will be at the 31st Asele – Association for the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language– International Congress, promoted by the University of Léon (Spain), remotely. “La creatividad centrada en el alumno: crear, corregir, publicar y compartir”, is the title of her presentation.
Inspired by Freinet`s technique, this communication seeks to delineate ways to adapt the learning of writing to the student`s creative abilities and talents, taking advantages of their digital competence. Is intented to be a reflection about four stages (create, correct, publishe and share) that arise from the implementation of a creative blog project and proposes an adaptation of methodological approches for teaching written expression in a digital and media environment.
The ASELE is an international organization with more than 800 teachers, students and researchers dedicated to teaching Spanish as a foreign or second language. In this congress, experts gather to discuss and debate about criativity, innovation and diversity in the teaching of the Spanish language.
