INTERNATIONAL EVENT

CIAC PRESENT AT THE CIHALCEP 2021 CONGRESS

Today (24th June), CIAC researcher António Costa Valente will be present at the VI International Congress of History, Art and Literature in Spanish and Portuguese Cinema (CIHALCEP), with the presentation of “The case of the AVANCA festival and the concept of new formats and devices for cinema”. The event, which runs online until the 2nd July, is organized by the Center for Brazilian Studies at the University of Salamanca, with the support of the Hispano-Brasileira Cultural Foundation.

Literature, History and Art linked to cinema in Spanish and Portuguese are once again the main themes of CIHALCEP 2021. The last edition took place in 2019 and received more than 200 international researchers.
