 JOURNAL ROTURA INDEXED IN SCIELO

CIAC’s  Rotura – Journal of Communication, Culture and Arts has just been indexed in  SciELO-Scientific Electronic Library Online, an electronic library covering a selected collection of Ibero-American scientific journals.

Journal Rotura publishes research in the fields of Communication, Culture and arts, namely in the field of artistic studies (visual arts, digital media-art, cinema, theater) and cultural, communication and literary studies (Digital Archives, digital critical editions), with an interdisciplinary approach. This is an OJS system publication, which has rigorous scientific arbitration practices that integrates experts from all over the world. Through a policy of free access to knowledge, ROTURA promotes the improvement of scientific knowledge and the dissemination of research results in the fields in which it operates.

SciELO is the result of a research project by FAPESP – Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo, in partnership with BIREME – Latin American and Caribbean Center for Health Sciences Information. The project has, since 2002, the support of CNPq – National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Brazil) and aims to develop a common methodology for the preparation, storage, dissemination, and evaluation of scientific production in electronic format. As the project progresses, new journals are added into the library’s collection.
