PEDRO CABRAL SANTO | CONTENTORES

Pedro Cabral Santo will be at the garden of the Lisbon Cruise Terminal for another edition of the CONTENTORES project.
The CONTENTORES project, which challenges artists to work in a container format, returns in November for another edition, with the presentation of a work by Pedro Cabral Santo, in the garden of the new Lisbon Cruise Terminal.
The project, developed by the Creative and Artistic Development Association, P28, uses the container format as a public art space for guest artists to freely present their work, creating a specific work for that space, with the goal of “rehabilitating and revive the urban space, in this case the newly opened Lisbon Cruise Terminal “.
In this edition the artist Pedro Cabral Santo, professor at and director of the Visual Arts degree in the University of Algarve and researcher at CIAC, brings us a tribute to Gil Kane, “a return to the memories of childhood and adolescence to films, to comics , to music and toys, which are summoned as a tribute to a time that exists and survives beyond the chronology of clocks and into a space that is inside and outside of us, “as Mirian Tavares writes about this exhibition.
The opening of this 9th edition is scheduled for November 7, at 18h00, in the garden of the new Lisbon Cruise terminal.
