MILAGE APRENDER+

CIAC collaborator Mauro Figueiredo presents the “MILAGE APRENDER+” platform, an app that is already being used by teachers and students in Portugal, Spain, Norway and Turkey, in the Web Summit 2018

The CIAC will be present at the third edition of the Web Summit in Lisbon, where more than 70 thousand participants are expected to participate with the platform “MILAGE APRENDER +”, an app that is already being used by teachers and students in Portugal, Spain, Norway and Turkey. Developed initially for mathematics teaching, this application is now being used in many other disciplines through an innovative and motivating pedagogical method that stimulates autonomous learning.

With the support of the General Directorate of Education, in Portugal, the use of the “MILAGE APRENDER +” app is being generalized in all schools in the country. In collaboration with the Office of the High Commissioner for Migration, the app is also being used to support students in the ‘Choices’ program, whose mission is to promote the social inclusion of children and young people from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds, with a view to equal social cohesion.
