ARTISTIC RESIDENCE

CIAC researcher, Rui António, was one of the two Portuguese artists selected for the first artistic residence in the Museu0.

Under the artistic direction of V2, this 1st Artistic Residence Museum Zer0 + V2, dedicated to the theme “Technology and Environment”, will take place in Rotterdam and Tavira, hosting 4 artists, 2 Portuguese and 2 foreigners, for a total period of 2 weeks of work, in April and May, respectively.

This residence is intended for the production of works in digital art that can question and sensitize the community to the connection between art, technology and the climatic challenges with which Earth and Humanity today are confronted.

Headquartered in Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo (Tavira), in the former silos and warehouses of the agricultural cooperative, Museu0 is the first Portuguese digital art center.
