ESEC AND CIAC PROMOTE SEMINAR ON PUBLIC RELATIONS

On 31 March 2023, at 10h00 AM, the Higher School of Education and Communication (ESEC) of the University of Algarve and CIAC promote the seminar What does it take to be a good PR?, with Diana Ramos. Organized as part of the disciplines of Institutional Communication and Public Relations of the Degree in Communication Sciences, the session will be moderated by Professor Carmén Monereo and will take place in ESEC’ Room 22.

Guest speaker Diana Ramos is the general coordinator of the agency Glam Celebrity, one of the largest national agencies responsible for the image and career management of the main public personalities. At the Glam, she is responsible for the Department of actors, corporate, sportsmen, international, talents, events, and press office. In her hands are names such as Ângelo Rodrigues, Ana Guiomar, Cifrão, Calema Rui Unas, Nelson Évora, David Carreira, DAMA, Ruben Amorim, among others.

The Communication Sciences Seminars are an initiative that has been developing in recent years, in connection with professionals and the community. The sessions are promoted by the researchers of CIAC’s Research Group on Communication Sciences, professors in The Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Master’s Degree in Communication and Digital Media of ESEC-UAlg.

Throughout the school year 2022-23, it will address topics related to Communication Sciences; ranging from journalism to strategic communication, from media analysis and production to media literacy.
