CIAC-UAB PROMOTES 2nd DIGITAL MEDIA-ART SYMPOSIUM

On 18 May 2023, at 18h00, CIAC/UAb (Open University) promotes the 2nd Symposium on Digital Media-Art, which happens online. The event is dedicated entirely to the doctorate in Digital Media-Art (DMAD). Registration is free (but mandatory).

The 2nd Symposium on Digital Media-Art presents communications by DMAD doctorates, who will talk about their thesis and personal writing experiences: Ana Cristina Marques, “ARBOR: da árvore das letras à árvore das palavras”; Isabel Carvalho, “Média-arte locativa e mapeamentos dinâmicos na compreensão de fluxos urbanos: o contributo do dispositivo móvel na atividade do caminhar como prática artística”; Pedro Alves da Veiga, “Experiência e atenção: construção e constrição de ecossistemas de média-arte digital”; Rui António, “Personagens à procura de um spet-ator”; and Selma Pereira, “A moda na era pós-digital”.
