CYPET PROJECT PROMOTES PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENTATION WORKSHOP ON 2 MAY

On 2 May 2023, from 10h00 to 17h00, CIAC’s project CyPeT, organizes the event Cy Co-lab, at the University of Maia. The event brings together teachers and artists for a workshop on pedagogical experimentation for the teaching of ciberperformance.

Cy Co-lab aims to share knowledge, perspectives, and strategies of an artistic and pedagogical nature in the field of cyberperformance (involving teachers, artists, and technicians); the proposal of pedagogical practices based on the pedagogical model for the teaching of cyberperformance, which is being developed by project CyPeT; the creation of micro-cyberperformances; and the reflection on the processes of creating a cyberperformance and teaching-learning of digital performance art.

Multiple guest speakers and CIAC researchers will take part in the event: Jônatas Manzolli (Unicamp/CISUC-DEI-University of Coimbra/DeCa-University of Aveiro); Daniela Gatti (Unicamp); Pedro Alves (artistic director of Teatromosca); Hugo Canossa (CIAC-University of Maia); Célia Vieira (CIAC-University of Maia); Ana Carvalho (CIAC-University of Maia); Rosimária Sapucaia (CIAC-UAlg); and Juliana Wexel (CIAC-ualg).

The program also includes a presentation of project CyPeT; an experimental creation workshop; the presentation of ciberperformance Cy-Collage; and a debate.
